Guidelines to fill up the Online/Offline Application Form
Prepare the following before applying to the course:
  1. An E-mail account for registration and for receiving all future correspondence till the admission process is over.
  2. One Mobile Number to receive SMS/WhatsApp based notifications/communications related to the application, Admit Card, etc. till the admission process is over.
  3. A Scanned copy of passport-sized colour photograph (in jpg format only of size 10-20 KB) (in 35 mm × 45 mm size)
  4. Your Scanned signature using Black ball pen only on white sheet (in jpeg/jpg format only of size 10-20 KB)
  5. Applicant must make sure to save payment (in the form of screenshot/pdf etc.) details (i.e. Payment/UPI 's Transaction/e-Receipt No. and Date; Online Payment/UPI Mode Name) of Application Fee Rs. 1,500/- (Fifteen Hundred Only) and Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred only) for SC/ST/PWD paid, for uploading at the time of the application form. (Payment details (.jpg/.pdf only in size between 100 KB – 500 KB).
  6. For Online payment, Access to an online payment mode such as
    • UPI
    • NEFT/RTGS
Guidelines/Instructions:
  1. For admission to Academic Year 2024-25, the Application is to be filled online/offline. Candidates are requested to go through the instructions given in this prospectus and on the website (akubihar.ac.in).
  2. For any shortcoming in eligibility, the candidate concerned will solely be responsible, and no plea will be admissible in this regard.
  3. Only after payment of the application fee candidate can make their application.
  4. Candidates must keep safely with themselves the User ID and Password created at the time of applying along with printed/photocopy of the Online Application Form, Acknowledgement Number etc. for future reference.
  5. It is essential to upload your front face coloured photograph and signature at the place specified while filling up the Application Form. Photograph and signature files each must be up to 10-20 KB size in jpg format only.
  6. Candidates will be required to upload Payment details (*.jpg/*.pdf only) in size between 100 KB to 500 at a specified space. They are advised to keep these documents with themselves at the time of filling up the form.
  7. As identity proof, candidates will be required to mention their Aadhaar Number/Voter ID Card No./Driving Licence No./Passport No. at the time of filling Application Form.
  8. While filling up Application form entries in Gender, Domicile and Category should be made carefully. After submitting no change of any sort can be made there in.

  1. Please bring 2 sets of self-attested copies of the above-mentioned documents.
  2. Migration Certificate will be submitted in original.
  3. CLC/SLC will be submitted in original.
